Teachers are not passionate when it
comes to teaching in the classroom.
One reason could be because they
were pressured into pursuing the career path of a teacher by their family. If a teacher is not passionate about their
job then their not passionate about teaching their students and then the
students will in turn care less and have less motivation for a successful
career.
Students should be able to pursue
the career path they want to as to ensure success. In the article in Womens
Health Magazine “ Love your job: meaning is the new money” by Lesley Rotchford
she states “New research shows that when
passion and purpose are your biggest drivers, your bank account often ends up
thriving too.” This quote from the
womens health magazine shows that students can pursue the career path they so
choose because it can make their desire to work stronger and they will be
thourough and precise and pay attention
to detail and they’ll want to work and do good at their career and then the money will follow because of their
attention to detail and drive to do a good job.
So if teachers were passionate
about their job and being a teacher was the career path they wanted to take
they will be more personal and care for their students and their education. In another article from Forbes magazine called
Turning your passion into business: hit the ground running she says “if
you have a passion for something – you’re commited, and if you’re commited you
want everything surrounding that passion to be amazing. Almost similar to what
I said earlier that if you have a love and passion for what you do, you will do
well in your success as well. You will want everything to be perfect which
ensures success most of the time. So all in all students should be able to
pursue the careers they so wish to because it may effect the future and
education of another.
